It started inside the business.
Years of experience in multinational companies exposed a recurring problem: legal decisions can become disconnected from the reality of operations. In labor matters, for example, companies sometimes choose the most direct route simply because the right processes, documentation or guidance were not built earlier.
We believe legal support should help a company make better decisions before a problem becomes expensive, complicated or disruptive.
